In security center you can create system users with their details, identities and passwords. Each user should belong to a business unit which can be a company internal entity or a unit in the distribution network. |

Create user group that have similar functions and assign to them system privileges and rights
at one time with no need to do it for each user separately.
User group can be specified as ‘Administrator Group’ which could have access to the whole system functionalities with full rights.

Use existing system privileges automatically created by the system and/or create your own new ones. System privileges can be of many types such as business processes, business rules, reference tables, access points, etc. You may also specify if a manger is allowed to override an access privilege or not. |

Create roles, which are sets of system privileges, and assign those roles to group of users with no need to assign each privilege system separately. Role may include business processes, business rules, reference tables, access points, etc.
You can allocate group of users while you are creating a role or you can allocate role while you’re adding new group of users.
